Three Reasons We're Not Excited About the OnePlus 10.
OnePlus is not the same brand that it used to be. We'll be discussing multiple reasons the upcoming OnePlus 10 isn't appealing to us. The OnePlus brand that we have come to love and trust since the OnePlus One was launched in 2014 has changed. We'll be discussing the main reasons we don't like the OnePlus ten and why you might consider looking elsewhere if you're in the market for a new phone.

1. OnePlus 10 Is No Longer a Flagship Killer
The term "flagship killing" was popularized by OnePlus. It is now a common term in the tech industry. It stated that OnePlus smartphones were just as good as rivals' flagships, but at a fraction of the price. While that claim was valid for many years, it has lost credibility.
OnePlus has gone from selling flagship killers to actual flagships over the past few years. In other words, it has become what it swore it would destroy. At launch, the company's flagship devices cost between $700 and $1000.

We don't believe that the OnePlus suddenly began making poor phones. It makes perfect business sense. Because you cater to a niche market, being an enthusiast brand doesn't make sense.
We believe that the brand messaging OnePlus used to build its fanbase is not a good representation of its current values. Fans love the headphone jack. OnePlus will gladly remove the jack and sell TWS earbuds if it makes more money. You can read how to get android app reviews to decide this funtion of One Plus is good or bad.
2. OnePlus 10: Nord is Stealing the Spotlight
The OnePlus Nord series is gaining a lot of popularity with OnePlus fans. Many of the same people who bought the flagships years ago now want to purchase its mid-range products.
This is no coincidence. OnePlus knows that it hasn't paid enough attention to its loyal customers to pursue better flagships. Nord is the answer. It's an excellent representation of its older values and value proposition.

This would all be fine and dandy if the focus shift were balanced. OnePlus flagships may lose their appeal due to Nord's phenomenal success. Although we don't have sales figures to compare, Pete Lau made it clear in an exclusive interview with Forbes. He stated that Nord would be OnePlus' primary focus over the next few years. He said:
We expect the OnePlus Nord product line's cumulative sales volume to exceed 25 million units by 2023. And if you want to have more info about this series, let's read how to get Google reviews about them.
3. OnePlus 10: OxygenOS is Dying
Pete Lau, the founder of Oppo, announced earlier this year that the company would merge with Oppo. He stated:
We will be able to offer you even better products thanks to our more profound integration with OPPO. This will enable us to be more efficient and provide more stable and faster software updates for OnePlus users.
The main problem with the merger is that OnePlus smartphones will continue to borrow more UI elements from Oppo's ColorOS skin. This is a bad thing since OnePlus' OxygenOS is minimalistic and straightforward.

The actual ColorOS migration is not going as planned. You can see in the tweet that people are reporting problems with their OnePlus devices following the OxygenOS 12 upgrade. These include slow Wi-Fi speeds and poor animations.
Companies change over time. That's fine. It's not okay to deal with problems that you didn't sign up for. The team behind OnePlus has been focusing more of its efforts on Oppo's operations--neglecting loyal OnePlus fans in the process.
OnePlus is the only Chinese brand with a more excellent hold on America's market than OnePlus. If OnePlus does not do damage control quickly, this could change soon. To reduce negative perceptions of OnePlus, it is wise to address the software problems people are experiencing.
