5 tips for beginners for Windows users who are switching to Mac
An unspoken rule requires OS users to stick to their comfort zone. You're either a Mac user or a PC user, all the way. When you're looking to switch between the two because you're beating teams, or you're interested in trying both, there could be an adjustment curve. I'm sitting at my desk with a Mac and a PC at the moment. I began my journey as a Windows user because of an obsession with PC gaming but only recently changed to Mac to work what I've learned from a Windows-based environment to the Mac. Here are 5 tips for beginners for Windows users who are switching to Mac

In the case of Windows, pressing the red X does not end the program you're running. It simply removes it from your screen. To stop the application, it is possible to use it by pressing the Command+Q shortcut. Go to the Apple site to find a comprehensive listing of Mac's shortcuts and commands.
2. The touchpad can be more flexible than you imagine
Windows touchpads typically aren't excellent. The majority of laptops I've tested come with essential zoom and scroll functions; however, doing anything else can cause the system to be confused depending on the basicness of your driver. Mac touchpads are a bit more enjoyable to use.

I am clicking with two fingers to bring up what would be a right-mouse-button-click on Windows. Three fingers are the best way to switch between open applications. One of my Windows PCs had similar features; however, it would often not perform the way I needed it to, so I'd get the 250-percent zoom in the Chrome tab.
Additionally, although both my PCs feature scroll+up and down functions on the trackpad, however, on Mac, they're not those on the PC. That leads to the question here...
3. Everything is reversed
Macs appear like PCs because of a mirror-like aspect. They have, for instance, its "minimize," and "close window" buttons on the left-hand right side instead of being on the right, and the most crucial features are at the top, not the bottom.
You'll soon be used to looking at the top of your screen to see all options, rather than the lower part. The automatic search for the start button is likely to require some deprogramming, but it's well worth it.
4. Installing apps can be difficult
Installing things on Macs is done either through using the App Store or via the drag-and-drop method which is relatively easy. If you're used to hitting "next" in a series of Windows installation prompts, you may feel this is a refreshing experience or even unfamiliar.
To install software, you must download the disk image or .app file. You then drop it into the Applications folder located through the Finder application. Then, you can launch it by opening the Applications folder with no problem.

5. If you genuinely require Windows...
Macs are equipped with this bit of feature called Boot Camp. This allows you to run Windows (or another operating system) on your Mac. Therefore, if you need Windows and all you have is a Macbook, you can get what you want.
Boot Camp does not come with a Windows ISO -- you'll need to create one on your own. If you do this, Boot Camp's Boot Camp assistant will help create a partition for your computer. Then, you can select to use the OS you prefer, either Mac OS or Windows, whenever you boot your computer.
Making an OS change can require some time to get used to; however, there are plenty of commonalities between these two significant OSes that it's not an overwhelming change. Have fun!
Conclusion
Above are some simple tips to help new Mac users get acquainted soon. Hopefully after reading the article on new Mac users will be able to use the MacBook proficiently.
